Ryan has been with TMG for 13+ years and is excited to continue to inspire and empower all individuals to live healthy, meaningful lives of purpose. He will continue to play a key role in TheMyles to Wellness Programming.

Shelly

Shelly is an enthusiastic coach prepared to further develop the Myles to Wellness Coaching Program. With a decade of experience in the wellness field, she holds a degree in Kinesiology from Calvin University and is Board Certified in Health and Wellness Coaching.

Andy has been with TMG for 25+ years and plays a key role in the programming. A lot of the work he does is behind the scenes to keep the challenges and other iniviatives running smoothly.

Cassie

Cassie is the TMG HR lead. She is an important player for all of our accounts and will be ready to help with whatever The Myles to Wellness program may need. 

Coaches provide a confidential sounding board for a variety of physical, emotional, social, and other hurdles and help you reach goals.

The three-month program is open to all medical benefit eligible employees and will have a limited availability initially, so sign up if you're interested in participating!
